Needed a fast and reliable flowing screed in Middlefield Lane, Glentham, Market Rasen.

Project description: Domestic property (residential) with previously prepared insulation and slip membrane to give a level surface for floor coverings.

Pump Applied Free Flowing Screed.

Flowing screed is laid quickly, can be trafficked after just 24-48 hours, and is installed quickly our using Ultiform V3 screed pump.  The project required screeding onto previously prepared insulation and membrane.

The product used was Tarmac’s Topflow Screed A, a self-compacting screed, which is made with a unique synthetic anhydrite binder. Made the placing effortlessly to provide an exceptional, highly aesthetic finish. This means that it is easier to large area quickly covering up to 2000m2 in a day. It is thinner than conventional screeds making it the natural choice for underfloor heating systems when using topflow screeds.
