Abbotsbury Contractors Ltd – Floor Screeders Chesterfield – Site Visit

Speed Screed’s Managing Director visited Abbotsbury Contractors Ltd site in Holymoorside, Chesterfield.  We are very appreciative to be considered  first choice floor screeders Chesterfield.

The project is a large luxury house, with around 300m2 on the ground floor.

The build of the floor was

• Insulation
• Damp Proof Membrane
• John Guest underfloor heating tray and pipes
• Calcium Sulphate Flowing Screed at 60mm

Flowing Screed – Underfloor Heating

The calcium sulphate screed would be delivered in a truck mixer and discharged directly into a screed pump.  The screed is pumped exactly where the screeders require the material, ensuring all level requirements are met.

Flowing screed is the perfect partner for wet underfloor heating systems, with it’s excellent thermal conductivity, it really is the choice of screeds.
