Thank you Charlotta for your Gypsol Classic Drying Question:

“We have used Gypsol classic on our first floor in a new build timber frame house. Unfortunately we don’t think care has been taken to make sure the screed is properly dry. Tiling has started but is now on hold. Please can you let me know what moisture level the screed should be when starting to lay bathroom tiles? We’ve been told it should be below 2% and our surface moisture levels are 20%. Our contractors think this is fine. Please can you help confirming what’s right?”
